Neal Baer was Executive Producer and showrunner of the NBC television hit series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit for eleven years. During that time the show received six Emmys and other awards including the Golden Globe and Edgar. Previously he was Executive Producer of ER and was most recently the Executive Producer and showrunner of the CBS series Under the Dome, based on the novel by Stephen King. He attended Harvard Medical School and is trained as a pediatrician.
